1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the zb99 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zb99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

zb99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will take reasonable steps to notify registered users of material changes, including by posting an updated version on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

The zb99 platform is strictly available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and no exception is made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, corporate entity, or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the zb99 platform under any prior Terms & Conditions or enforcement action.
• You are not depositing funds that originate from illegal activity or that are held on behalf of a third party.

zb99 performs age verification and identity checks as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age at any point during your use of the platform. Where verification cannot be completed, or where documents are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account with zb99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any other access credentials associated with your zb99 account. You must not share these credentials with any other person. zb99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

• You must notify zb99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Account registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information. You are obligated to update your details promptly if any information changes.
• All accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. zb99 may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• zb99 accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of to a third party.

zb99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zb99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zb99 does not apply currency conversion charges. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Additional methods may be available and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible; typical processing times for bKash and Nagad are 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where practicable.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity checks. Funds will not be forfeited solely on the basis of pending KYC — players are encouraged to complete verification promptly.
• zb99 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such cases, the platform may freeze funds and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction are your sole responsibility. zb99 does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf and makes no representation as to the tax treatment of gaming winnings in Bangladesh or any other territory.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

zb99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The availability, terms, and duration of each promotion are set out in the specific promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when a bonus is accepted. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by zb99:

• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using a bonus on an ineligible game type may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• zb99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where abuse is detected. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting system errors, and coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.

Bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. All unclaimed bonuses expire at the end of the promotion period stated in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on the zb99 platform are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Game outcomes for RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generators. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — conducted on camera under controlled studio conditions. zb99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

By using the zb99 platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any game is uncertain. You accept that losses are a normal part of gaming activity and that zb99 bears no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gameplay.

• You must not use any software, tool, bot, algorithm, or automated system designed to give you an unfair advantage over other players or over the house in any game.
• You must not engage in collusion with other players, including coordinating wagers or sharing game information in real time in a manner that distorts fair competition.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or in the platform itself is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraudulent conduct.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zb99 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorist activity, or conduct any other transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under any other identity, real or fictitious.
• Using software exploits, bots, or automated scripts to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any other action designed to reclaim deposited funds while retaining winnings generated from those funds.

zb99 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to act immediately without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

zb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period after request; (c) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; or (e) a self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder. In cases of closure due to prohibited conduct, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances and free spin credits that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zb99 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content supplied by providers, text, and data compilations — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of zb99 or its licensors. No part of the platform content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of zb99.

The zb99 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of zb99. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right or licence to use zb99's trademarks, trade names, or brand identifiers for any purpose without zb99's prior written approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zb99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss not directly caused by zb99's own negligence. zb99's total liability in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zb99 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside zb99's reasonable control. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur. zb99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

zb99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at zb99.bet/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes. zb99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC/AML service providers, payment processors, and game software suppliers where necessary to deliver the service.

12. Responsible Gaming

zb99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is intended for adults aged 21 and above only. 13. Amendments to These Terms

zb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated terms on the platform with a clearly visible effective date. Minor amendments, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may take effect without separate notice.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the zb99 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8 above.
